Universal Brake-Reset tool for Mercedes-Benz, VW , AUDI, ALFA* parking-brake
This universal brake reset tool allows to deactivate the parking brake system which is used in latest Mercedes-Benz, VW, AUDI and LANCIA models, while maintenance work is done.
It required to deactivate the brake-system, when brake pads are are changed or other service work on the brake system is required. The brake tools avoids an accidentally activation of the brake system and can protect the mechanic from severe injuries. The parking- brake system can accidentally be activated when a door is opened, the ignition will be turned on or the brake pedal will be pressed.
In a few seconds the DPS-300 allows to open the brake system of vehicles equipped with EPB, Electronic Parking Brake system, or SBC, Electrohydraulic parking Brake system. EPB and SBC in fact close the brake system when the vehicle is stationary, which means that it would not be possible to change the brake pads without opening the system.
It is sufficient to have just one tool, the Brainbee DPS-300, to operate on every car brand (now and in the future) equipped with EPB or SBC, by its universal software and its EOBD cable, without the use of another specific diagnostics tool.
With a click on a button of the tool brake system can be activated or de-activated. This brake reset tool is a high quality tool, manufactured and developed in Europe. It is the ideal tool for professional workshops.

Important security note:
All kind of works on the brake systems should only be processed by qualified mechanics. You should also read the manufacturer guidelines that have been issued to ensure a high quality repair process of the parking brake system*.
