The 8-sensor alignment measurement technology allows a wide spectrum of vehicles. With special software selections it is also possible to do wheel alignment measurements of vehicles, transporters, caravans and small trucks. This will be enabled by the 20° degree CCD cameras that allow a measurement range up to 6 metres axle distance. (additionel wheel adapters might be required).

An ongoing measurment displays camber, caster and toe values of the vehicle. Despite the low investment price the LAUNCH X-631 wheel alignment computer is already equipped with wireless data connection between the four sensor heads.

The LAUNCH X-631 wheel aligner is equipped with a large OEM-wheel alignment specifications database. The user can be directly compare all the measured live-data with the vehicle specific values. The wheel alignement software also allows the selection of a quick measurement as well as measurement with only two cameras (e.g. front axle only).

The included 4-POST TLT 440W Vehicle lift can lift cars up to 4-tons. It is already equipped with a 2000 kg additional axle lift for the measurement.
The LAUNCH lift includes integrated turning plates for the front and the rear alignment plates. This ensures a smooth measurement.

As an option, the lift can also be ordered as 5.5 ton version (LAUNCH TLT 550 W). The runways can be adjusted in the center ( Distance between rails adjustable midway – midway 1445mm or 1595mm). Equipped with scissor lifting jack, sideslip plates and turntables for wheel alignment
