The latest Common Rail Injector diagnostics test kit is accurate, easy to use and affordable to get. The principle is fairly easy. The 6 tubes will be connected with the diesel / fuel return line. Adapters for all current types of injectors are included (Bosch, Delphi, Siemens, Denso).

The engine will be started and the tubes will be filled up with fuel "leakage oil". If one of the tubes has a much higher amount of fuel in it the injector doesn't seem to work properly.
